Registration cost includes one pair of Vasyli Orthotics for each participant.
Class size is limited to 32 attendees.
Certificates of attendance will be provided upon completion of the course. This course is approved by the Idaho Physical Therapy Licensing Board for 15.5 hours/1.55 CEU's for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants, and by the Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers for 15.5 hours/1.55 CEU's.

Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the course we will refund 100% of your tuition. Inside of 30 days here is what we will do:

| 14-20 days | 70% refund |
| 7-13 days | 60% refund |
| 1-6 days | 50% refund |
*We will also give you the option of a credit to another Functional Foot course in the future if you so choose.
